From Waiting to Have it Done, to Getting it Done Yourself.

Taking your destiny into your own hands can be a make or break decision. For fashion powerhouse Adjoa Yeboah, this was the decision that changed her life, turning her into one of Ghana’s premier fashion designers.

Making a Statement and Making it Yours

Growing up in Berekum, in the Brong-Ahafo region of Ghana, Adjoa struggled to find clothing that stood out to her, so she decided to create it herself. Longing to be a fashion entrepreneur, Adjoa sketched her designs for the local seamstresses to create. When the process started to take too long, Adjoa did what every shero does — she took matters into her own hands to make it happen.

If you Want Something to be Done Correctly, You Must do it Yourself

Adjoa enrolled herself in fashion school in 2010, and just 3 years later, she started her own fashion company; Adjoa Yeboah Clothing, now complete with a staff of 15. Since then, as well as becoming a mother of 2, Adjoa’s label and designs have gone from strength to strength, including partnering with fabric house Vlisco, showing her captivating designs on the catwalk and creating a global brand.

Creating stunning clothing to suit all different body type, shapes, and sizes, this is an inclusive brand that will make the wearer stand out and feel fabulous.
